After the original cancellation, the first issue of the MLP:FiM/Transformers crossover happens on July 22nd.
However, It cost It It's weekly release, and the next book Isn't until August 12.

It wasn't me who declined, but I'd guess it would be because it didn't meet our quality standards. For a start, it's really severely compressed.
